RACKLOCK All Racklock™ components are patented and tested. Increased strength – reduced cost. Manufacturing Racklock: Racklock is manufactured in three fully automated steps: Seamless Rolling of Sections Forging of Connectors Automated Epoxy powder coating RACKING: Pallet racking consists of two main components, frames & beams in various strengths according to the application required. MINI RACKING: Mini rack, similar to pallet racking, is made up of two main components: frames and beams. Sections are available to a maximum length of 3000mm and rolled from 2.0mm to three different heights: 1800mm, 2100mm & 2400mm. SHELVING: Angle shelving is available in bolted and boltless shelving, made up of three main components - angle uprights, shelves and corner gussets. All shelves are 914mm long, but are available in 305, 381, 457, 610, 762 and 914mm depths. Shelves are bolted to angle uprights using M8x16mm nuts and bolts. MEZZANINE: Mezzanine floors are manufactured in various heights, widths and lengths to suit almost any existing area. Most systems are bolted, enabling them to be extended or moved, should future requirements demand.
