After a total of 8 years of development work and Multi Million Rand investments, Palian has not only managed to reduce prices by 15% to 20%, but also managed to increase strength and durability of its products, whilst redesigning to ensure a much more modern look and feel…something that the industry has been lacking over the past decades.  

The market demands the very best in products in all regards – strength, appearance, finish, application, lead time, service and off course, price – a demand Palian and Palian Cape will consistently adhere to and strive to exceed.

With Steel prices fluctuating drastically and subsequent increases in consumables and labour, PALIAN (PTY) LTD launched a new Standard Component line in called Racklock™, to ease the pressure on consumers.

The new line comprises of Standard sizes of Upright End Frames and the patented “Forged” beam sections, at over 15% cheaper than normal industry prices. In addition these standard components will be available Ex-stock in both Johannesburg and Cape Town manufacturing outlets.

The savings offered is made possible due to the extensive automation drive Palian has undertaken over the past few years. More efficient manufacturing ensures products can be produced faster, with minimal scrap, labour and consumable costs.

The economic benefit is wholly passed to the customers, as part of a long term plan to change the manufacturing process from multiple sizes to a set amount of Standard sizes, available cheaper and on an “Ex-stock’ base.

Whilst the products are offered at reduced prices, quality and strength has actually been increased and independently verified, due to various re-engineering of both products and processes – ensuring piece of mind and workplace safety to the highest standards.
