Palian Maintenance divisions ensures you have a monthly report on the state of your Racking, Shelving & Mezzanine products.

Annually Rack collapses are most common due to unreported damages, causing severe losses of products and grievous injuries to employees.

For a nominal fee per product stored, your warehouse or store is fully audited by a trained expert monthly for product damages, safety hazards and utilization levels.

All damages are assessed in accordance to SEMA standards, identified on a CAD Drawing and categorised in three levels of urgency, in terms of repair or replacement.

Crucial replacements are marked A

Important repairs are marked B

Minor damages marked C.

Once these damages are identified and repaired where needed, a certificate of compliance is issued to your Safety Officer.

A Palian Maintenance plan not only ensures peace of mind for the safety of your products and Staff, it further offers reductions on insurance premiums, due to the proactive nature of management and extensions on the standards 12 month Guarantees to 5, 10 or 15 years for all products manufactured by Palian.

In addition to identifying safety risks, the overall installation is graded in terms of utilisation and efficiency and if needed recommendations made to further improve utilization of the existing structures.

Palian maintenance division is capable of performing these audits and services on all types of Racking, Shelving or Mezzanine floors, whether locally manufactured or Imported.
